Everyone who plays at Stingers agrees to this once. It is short, it is in plain English, and it is worth reading rather than scrolling past. If any part of it is unclear, ask a member of staff before you sign.

Why we ask for this. Indoor golf involves a club moving quickly in a shared space. The agreement sets out who is responsible for what if something goes wrong. It does not sign away any right that cannot lawfully be signed away.
